2026 Wellness Women’s Luncheons

Join Us for Another Women of Wellness Luncheon

Join us for an intimate luncheon designed to nourish both body and spirit. Before the busy holiday season begins, give yourself permission to step away from everyday demands, catch your breath, and press reset.

It’s all good… but let’s be clear… to help prevent burnout and exhaustion, this dedicated moment has a purpose: to pause and distinguish what’s merely important from what’s truly essential.

Our small gathering of 12–15 amazing women is more than just lunch—it’s an inviting space to connect, laugh, and share real conversation. Together, we’ll reflect on resilience, discuss creating abundance without burnout, and anchor into what matters most before heading into the end-of-year rush. Above all, we are gathering to cultivate genuine, meaningful connection.

Please note: this isn’t a lecture, counseling session, or group therapy. My intention is simply to create an informal, nourishing, and inspiring environment where we can all take a deep breath, reflect, and enjoy community together.

It takes a bit of courage to show up for yourself, and I so look forward to seeing you there!
