She has a doctorate in Psychology and masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Anne is a certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist and Supervisor. She always works from a wellness-oriented, non-pathologizing point of view. That means no-blame, no-shame. Anne conducts 2 1/2-Day Couples Intensives.

Beth is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, exceptionally well trained and certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). She holds a masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her specialty is working with couples who want a strong partnership, yet struggle with communication, trust, and emotional connection. Beth's priority is ending the conflict and recreating a healthy, happy relationship. Beth conducts classic counseling services and 1-Day and 2 1/2-Day Couples Intensives.

Jennifer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, exceptionally well trained and certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her expertise is working with couples dealing with issues of communication, trust, infidelity, trauma, adoption, and connection. Jennifer is focused on building an emotionally safe and open space so that couples can hear and reach for one another again. Jennifer facilitates classic counseling services and 1-Day and 2 1/2-Day Couples Intensives.

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and a formally trained EFT Couple Therapist. A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill (B.A. Psychology) and Wake Forest University (M.A. Counseling), Sarah is also an accomplished yoga instructor. She understands the meaning of presence and is skilled at using EFT’s step-by-step process to help couples identify and stop challenging negative patterns. Sarah recognizes the profound impact a distressed relationship can have on our overall physical and emotional well-being.

Courtney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and formally trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). She helps couples restore their communication and rebuild the foundation of their relationship. Courtney’s priority is to strengthen a couple’s bond so they can move forward and enjoy life together again. Her experience includes anxiety, depression and a focus on emotional well-being. Courtney holds a BA in Psychology (NC State) and an MA in Social Work (UNCC).

Sheila is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and is a formally trained EFT Couples Therapist. She holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy (Pfeiffer University) and a Masters in Criminal Justice (ECU). Her experience includes working with individuals with PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and substance abuse. Her goal is to help individuals and couples increase self-awareness, confidence and connection.

Julie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and a formally trained EFT Couples Therapist. She holds a Masters in Counseling and a Bachelors in Sociology from Wake Forest University. Her experience includes working with couples and families with the goal of healing and strengthening relationships. Julie recognizes the profound impact relationship bonds have on our wellbeing. Julie also sees individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss and relationship or identity issues.

Christina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and formally trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Her passion is helping young people and their families navigate our complex and fast-paced world. Her focus: building confidence and developing a strong sense of self plus helping adults through life transitions while maintaining their equilibrium. Christina's specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, academic pressures, parental loss, adoption and the impact of social media. She believes it’s important to be connected and attuned to ourselves, our values and those who matter most.

Ali holds a bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University and comes to us from the Graduate Counseling Program at UNCC. She recently fulfilled her practicum serving families as a Grief Counselor at the Hospice and Palliative Care Center of Lake Norman. She is an advocate for strong bonds and healthy relationships. While creating a trusting environment and collaborative process with her clients, Ali supports vulnerability and encourages respect along with a willingness to do things differently.

LeeAnne is our enthusiastic Director of Client Relations. She coordinates services and is the liaison for couples who participate in our 1-Day and 2 1/2 Day Intensives. She gently guides you through all the options and choices needed for a safe and meaningful experience - even before walking through the door.
