Conversations Can Create Emotional Connection

I hope your holiday season was a wonderful one!

In 2018, my team and I look forward to helping you create a new vision of what’s possible – in life and in LOVE.

As a therapist and founder of Wellness Counseling Center, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of couples over the years.

This year, I’ve decided to share more LOVE by facilitating workshops, speaking and teaching the amazing model we use here at Wellness.

There is a shift happening in the world of relationships.

And, these radically new concepts about attachment and connection belong in the hands of people who want to be close and make their relationship better!

Deep down, it’s no surprise that communication is the #1 presenting issue with most couples.

The real question is why has it become THE MOST important skill you can learn when it comes to marriage and relationship success?

Because, in reality most relationships fail. And while the divorce rate is down…it’s still a whopping 41%.

That’s why I decided to start 2018 by providing the most effective relationship information I know of ….all wrapped into 2 Days and 7 Conversations.

No matter who you are or how long you’ve been together, if you want to improve your relationship and grow closer you will have to get to the heart of the matter.

You can dance around things for a while. Eventually, you MUST talk about the important stuff.

When you survey couples and ask them why their relationship failed, they are consistently unsure…. and you will hear a common theme. Most say: “We drifted apart.”

It’s another way of saying, “We lost our connection and didn’t know how to find our way back to each other.”

There are lots of different things that make a relationship successful and conversations about what matters MOST is the thing that binds you together.

Ultimately, it creates an emotional connection. (Remember when you were dating and loved talking to each other?)

When you think about the things you do on a daily basis they actually pull you apart. Careers, car pool, budgeting, shopping, meal prep, TVs, iPads, laptops…. and the list goes on.

Conversations that create emotional connection lead to intimacy and pull you close.

That’s why I believe honest communication about your relationship is the MOST important conversation you can have.

The best part is, you can learn how to do it. (Important tidbit: At the workshop, the only person you need to talk to is your partner!)

If you don’t learn how to communicate in this way, your relationship does not have a very good chance of being a close, fulfilling one.

It’s clear…

On the other hand, if you’re willing and you know how to have these conversations…YOU can get to the heart of the matter rather quickly…..

YOU have the ability to shape your relationship and create the life you want – together.

My team and I are honored AND excited to bring this workshop to you.

I look forward to sharing new information and actionable items that will help you start new a conversation, create the life you want and the relationship you truly deserve.

During our time together you won’t have to talk to ANYONE other than your partner and we’ll dive into:

  • A revolutionary new view on love and how it’s changing the world we live in.
  • How couples lose their connection.
  • Responsiveness – and why it’s critical to a lifetime of love. (This will take your breath away!)
  • Identify your demon dialogues and
  • Discover how to pinpoint raw spots
  • Revisit a rocky moments and
  • You’ll start to engage and connect – on your own terms.
  • We’ll discuss bonding through sex and touch and
  • How to keep love alive.
